The aim of the study “Evaluation of the Implementation of the Communication on e-Skills for the 21st Century” is to get an overview of the situation on policies, initiatives and activities in the area of ‘e-skills’ (ICT practitioner skills) and ‘digital literacy’ (ICT user skills) addressed by the above European Commission Communication at European but also the national (regional) level.

We would highly appreciate your support on this and would be grateful for any indication to and information about such policies and initiatives in your country or those you are aware of. Please either use this weblog for responding or send an e-mail to us.

Please feel free to also further distribute this information to other experts and stakeholders in your (or other) organisation(s) at the European or national level who you believe will be able to contribute to this study. You may also send empirica the contact names and e-mail addresses of these experts so that they can send the relevant documents and request to them directly.
